I work from home, selling marketing campaigns. I could use another person to set appointments for me.

I pay for valid, kept appointments, ($5 to $15 each) AND $200 to $350 for sales resulting from those appointments.

(Closing ratio averages about 20%)


An honest effort should produce 3 to 5 appointments in a 4 to 6 hour shift, or 15 to 20 per week.

Of those, about 25% will cancel.

Taking a conservative approach, a 24 hour work week (Plus about a 2-3 hours of “detail” work) should result in at least 10 kept appointments, and result in 2 sales.

Using the LOW end of both scales, that’s $50 in appointment fees, and $400 in sales bonuses, or $450, or  $16+ per hour.

The candidate can work a flex schedule, as long as we have consistent WEEKLY activity.

For instance, if someone wants to work  20 hours per week it could be over a 2,3,4, or 5 day period. The “spread” could change weekly, as long as the flow is consistent.

If someone wants to grow to a 35 or 40 hour week, I could accommodate that as well.

Payment is made weekly..

At the close of business each Friday I would need a simple invoice emailed to me; and I would immediately process an electronic and send a copy to my setter.

My current setter tells me his checks usually arrive on Tuesdays.
